Imam Besar Masjid Istiqlal Prof. Dr. KH Nasaruddin Umar M.A. Saturday morning On September 10th, 2016 I took my daughter, Aira ayunindya mahaeswari, to practice manasik, a practice like a pilgrim taking hajj in mecca, in her school that also known as the biggest mosque in south east asia, Istiqlal mosque. In the middle of waiting, i took my self to take a morning prayer inside of main hall of it. Trying to be focus in my praying, i heard his voice, a priest, giving some explainations to all jamaah about the islamic teachings. After finished my praying, slowly i approached his majlis. I saw his name was written clearly "Prof. Dr. K.H. Nasaruddin Umar, M.A." Here he is, a man with long degrees. Professor Doctor and Priest hmnn...
