The material of Korean digital innovations and reform in the public sector given by Prof Tae Jun (David) Lee makes my eyes open since this such a thing that we need to do to get better life in recent era. With all various services should be provided by government like paying taxes, getting civil documents, grabbing more public information etc, we need to make acceleration strategies not only in servicing public interest but also in managing internal business process of governance. Based on ideal description illustrated by the speaker, I can learn that better system could reduce bad practices in governance process since it could minimize interaction between citizens and officers. As far as I can see, there are still some not ideal circumstances and some bad habits...
